Przystań Rezydentów is a modern, eco-friendly marina on Ptasia Wyspa (Bird Island) in Cicha Zatoka on Lake Mikołajskie, close to Mikołajki and at the gateway to Poland's largest lake, Śniardwy. The marina is part of the five-star Hotel Mikołajki.

Guest berths are offered in three packages: a "gold ticket" 24-hour stay with no restrictions for 320 zł, a "blue ticket" 24-hour stay for up to 6 people for 260 zł, and a "red ticket" stay of up to 3 hours for 60 zł. At quay V you can also moor free of charge for up to three hours upon presenting a receipt from Hotel Mikołajki.

The guest price includes electricity, water, toilets, showers, wifi, as well as round-the-clock security and monitoring, plus a 10% discount on the hotel's services. The marina also offers pump-out for 65 zł per token and parking at the hotel for 25 zł per day for a car.

The marina is located by Mikołajki, known as the summer sailing capital of the Masurian lakes, with the hotel's facilities and the town's offerings within easy reach. Moor at one of the quays in the sheltered bay and enjoy the calm of Ptasia Wyspa.
