About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 29 September 2026ACI Marina "Veljko Barbieri" Slano is a marina in Slano Bay in Dubrovnik-Neretva County, Croatia. The marina opened in July 2016 and is named after Veljko Barbieri, the founder of the ACI marina chain. It is located in the northeastern part of the spacious Slano harbour, which cuts one nautical mile into the land on the northern shore of the Koločep channel.
The marina lies in a beautiful bay that has always been a good shelter for boats, and it is well protected from all wind directions. It is an ideal starting point for cruising to the Elaphite Islands or for a trip to Dubrovnik. Slano is one of the ACI marinas where the ACI Card benefits are especially generous: for two paid guest berths per day, the third day is free of charge, and there is a 30% discount on the daily berthing price from 1 November to 31 March - in Slano this discount applies all year round.
At the berths you'll find shore power and fresh water for your boat, and ashore there are toilets and showers, a laundrette, a restaurant, parking and a chandlery. There is also free wifi and the possibility of bicycle rental from the marina.
Around the bay you'll find sandy beaches and the hotels Adriatic and Osmine.
