About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 29 September 2026Marina di Alassio, known locally as the port "Luca Ferrari", is a large marina in the Ligurian town of Alassio in the province of Savona, about one mile from the island of Gallinara. The marina has 550 berths, all equipped with power connections for boats from 5 to 30 metres, and has held the Blue Flag award since 2005.
On arrival you should contact the marina's moorers on VHF channel 9 before starting any mooring manoeuvre. The entrance channel has a depth of around 2-3.50 metres, while depths alongside the berths range from about 3 to 5 metres. The marina can accommodate transit yachts up to 35 metres, and a speed limit of 3 knots applies, together with a ban on swimming and recreational fishing.
On site you'll find drinking water and electricity at the berths as well as a modern black and bilge water pump-out system, and there are also toilets and showers. A laundry with washer and dryer is available. Two boatyards with fixed and mobile cranes and two fuel stations are located within the port, and there is a slipway. You'll also find two bars and two restaurants inside the marina. The marina also offers free wi-fi coverage, car parking with the first half hour free of charge, and bicycle rental.
