About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026Jachthaven de Toekomst is located at Scheendijk 11 in Breukelen and has been a family-run marina since 1960, now in its third generation. The marina is spread across 2 adjoining spits of land with 140 seasonal berths in boxes, alongside jetties or against the quay, plus around 100 parking spaces on site; free parking is also available along the Scheendijk.
From the marina you can sail through the trekgaten (Kievitsbuurt) directly and within minutes reach the larger Loosdrechtse Plassen, or take one of the locks to the river Vecht to visit the region's fine country estates – even the Vinkeveense Plassen are within reach.
The marina offers toilet and shower facilities, plus wifi across the whole site. There's an unmanned kiosk with a snack and soft-drink vending machine and picnic tables overlooking the water. The marina's watersport shop near the entrance sells maintenance products for boat and engine – paint, varnish, brushes, sandpaper, antifouling, mooring lines and fenders – as well as Ecomaxx clean petrol and SUP boards. In winter the marina can lift boats of up to 3.5 tonnes ashore.
Berth at one of the 140 seasonal spots and step straight from your boat onto the Loosdrechtse Plassen for a day on the water.
