AZS Centralny Ośrodek Sportu Akademickiego

AZS Centralny Ośrodek Sportu Akademickiego operates a marina – Marina Galion – in the peaceful Górki Zachodnie district of Gdańsk, at the mouth of the Wisła Śmiała river into the Bay of Gdańsk, just a short stretch from the open sea. The marina forms part of a larger sports and hotel complex around Hotel Galion and borders the Narodowe Centrum Żeglarstwa and the Akademicki Klub Morski.

Boats moor at floating pontoons using Y-booms or alongside the quay, with both guest and permanent berths available. Shore power and water are available at the berths, and the marina's own website publishes a price list that includes fees for crane lifts, distinguishing between bookings made with and without seven days' notice.

On land you'll find toilets and showers for sailors, plus a restaurant overlooking the marina – ideal for a meal or relaxing after a day's sailing. There's also a bar, a café, free WiFi, a children's playground and a barbecue/picnic area. Bike rental makes it easy to explore the surroundings independently.

Just a short walk from the pontoons lies a quiet sandy beach fringed by dune forest, and you're close to the Ptasi Raj nature reserve, home to over 200 bird species. The hotel's sauna, spa and sports facilities (tennis courts, ball courts) sit right alongside the marina, and central Gdańsk is only about a 15-minute drive away. Berth here and enjoy a calm marina with good facilities close to both beach and city.
