About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026Baia Vallugola is a small marina in the Vallugola bay at the foot of Monte San Bartolo, between Gabicce Mare and Pesaro on Italy's Adriatic coast.
The marina can be contacted by VHF for arrival, mooring and manoeuvres, though the specific channel is not fixed and should be confirmed with the harbour management in advance. Fuel is not available at the marina itself - the nearest fuel berths are at Cattolica (4 nautical miles to the north) and Pesaro (7 nautical miles to the south).
The marina offers fresh water and shore power at the berths, showers and toilets for visiting sailors, and a slipway for trailer boats. The car park in front of the harbour has a limited number of free spaces plus paid spaces at a seasonal rate; during high season (July-August) it fills up around midday, so the best times to arrive are before 9:30 am or after 4:00 pm. Right by the harbour are three restaurants overlooking the marina and the beach - Il Falco, Lunula Terra di Mare and Ristorante Bar Dalla Pia - all focused on fresh Adriatic fish and sea views.
It's a short walk to the bay's beach, with clear water suited to snorkelling, and more restaurants and taverns can be found in the hilltop villages nearby, including Gabicce Monte and Casteldimezzo, just a few kilometres away.
