Bassin Lazaret

Bassin Lazaret is one of four basins within Port de La Rochelle – Les Minimes, one of the Atlantic coast's largest marinas with a total of 5,157 berths, including 400 visitor berths. The harbour lies by the Tour Richelieu, where the channel is marked day and night and dredged to -0.8 m. The harbour office (Capitainerie des Minimes) monitors VHF channel 9 around the clock, and the visitor fee is based on boat length – from €6.40 in low season (1 Oct-30 Apr) up to €12.80 per night in high season for the smallest boats, including water, electricity, waste disposal and toilet access. Sanitary facilities with toilets and showers are available, among other places, right at Lazaret as well as at the harbour office, Bout Blanc and Quai Marillac, with badge access 24/7. Fresh water and shore power (220V) are available on the pontoons, and free wifi is offered to visiting sailors. There's a fuel berth with 9 pumps for diesel and unleaded 98, card payment around the clock and staff on site during summer. The marina also has a paying slipway at the harbour office, plus cranes and mobile boat lifts for hauling out, and you can borrow bicycles free for the first two hours.
