About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 29 September 2026Bojenfeld Iznang is a mooring field run by the municipality of Moos, which borders the Untersee, the western arm of Lake Constance. Together with the adjacent pier facility in Iznang, the two installations offer around 180 berths in total.
During the boating season from April to October a limited number of guest berths are available. Due to the water conditions on the Untersee, only small and medium-sized motor and sailing boats can moor here, and within the mooring field itself boat length must not exceed 9.50 metres. The harbourmaster's office can be reached by phone during the season.
The harbour at Iznang has sanitary facilities, a slipway, a pump-out station for holding tanks, and shore power and water connections at the berths.
From the harbour it is a short walk into the village of Iznang, with the Gasthaus Felsenkeller and the Seehof restaurant, a wine bar (Weinstube Bar Perlmuschel), and a fruit and vegetable shop with an attached bistro (Obst- und Gemüsemarkt Glaser). A lakeside path connects the mooring field with the harbour in Moos, and the central location on the Untersee makes it easy to make a side trip to Switzerland or the island of Reichenau. Come moor here and enjoy the quieter side of Lake Constance.
