About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026Bootsbau Gersch (Boote Sohlbach e.K.) in Wiesbaden has around 80 berths in the Kasteler Arm at Rhine kilometre 501.0 RU, where boats lie sheltered by the Petersaue island and thus calmly, without wash from the main channel. The site operates mainly as a Yamaha dealer and boat service company rather than a classic guest marina. Its own slipway/hoisting facility can lift boats up to 20 tonnes ashore, where above- and below-waterline repairs are carried out, including GRP and gelcoat repair. There is also a chandlery stocking marine equipment and Yamalube products, engine service for both outboards and inboards, trailer service, and a mobile service that comes directly to your berth. The office is open Monday to Friday 08:00-12:00 and 13:00-16:00, with Saturdays by appointment only. If you're in the Wiesbaden area, get in touch with the yard for a berth and on-site servicing of your boat.
