About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026Bootshaus am Werlsee is a traditional family-run marina dating back to 1893, located on Lake Werlsee in Brandenburg, southeast of Berlin in the Oder-Spree district, near Erkner. The marina comprises two sites: Grünheide (in the Fangschleuse district) with around 240 water berths, and Niederlehme with modern halls built in 2020. In total, Bootshaus am Werlsee manages more than 220 water berths.
A slipway provides access to Lake Werlsee for smaller boats, rowers and canoeists. Grünheide has a 13-ton tower crane, while Niederlehme has a 25-ton crane for lifting and launching boats.
The marina offers toilets and showers, fresh water from taps on all jetties, and shore power at every berth with a separate meter. There is a washing area with a pressure washer, pump-out and wastewater disposal, plus a fuel station on land and at the water in Niederlehme, where you'll also find REWE and Penny grocery stores and a snack stand. Chandlery and boat services are available through the affiliated boat upholstery workshop, and ample parking is provided.
The marina sits idyllically by calm, clear, natural lakes with good motorway access. Moor up at Lake Werlsee and enjoy the tranquillity of the Brandenburg waters while an experienced boatyard team looks after your boat.
