About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026Bootshaus Roll is a family-run marina on the idyllic Zeuthener See south of Berlin, offering berths for sailboats and motorboats up to 15 metres at three jetties, as well as dinghy storage and space for canoes and kayaks. From here you can sail on to numerous surrounding lakes, and the S-Bahn gets you to central Berlin in around half an hour.
Both permanent berth holders and guest sailors have access to electricity and water right at the jetty. There is a slipway with a capacity of up to 3 tonnes, and winter storage is available on land or afloat with an ice-free system.
On the marina grounds you'll find toilets and showers as well as a cosy terrace by the lake. Free wifi covers the whole site, and the marina team is happy to put you in touch with local boat service workshops, sailmakers and canvas makers.
Walk 100 metres to the Dreißig bakery, 200 metres to the Greek restaurant Olympia and the German Goethestuben, or 800 metres to the Rewe supermarket. Zeuthen S-Bahn station is 400 metres from the marina, and the Badewiese Eichwalde bathing spot is just 1.5 kilometres away. Tie up at one of the three jetties and stroll the 400 metres to the S-Bahn station for a trip into Berlin.
