About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 29 September 2026Camogli harbour is a small, colourful fishing and marina port in the town of Camogli on the Italian Riviera, near Genoa. The harbour lies on the western side of the Portofino peninsula on the Golfo Paradiso and falls within the protected Portofino Marine Protected Area. The harbour has a total of 280 berths, of which 10 are reserved for visiting yachts.
The harbour is administered by the Comune di Camogli. On entry, it is recommended to keep a minimum distance of 50 metres from the outer breakwater, as rocks break the surface near the barrier. The transit quay is governed by a seasonal municipal ordinance in force between 15 June and 15 September. During this period, vessels up to 9.50 metres in length and with a draft of no more than 1.50 metres may moor; the stay is free of charge but must not exceed 48 hours.
At the berths there is access to freshwater and shore power. In and around the harbour you'll find a number of restaurants as well as small hotels and B&Bs offering Ligurian hospitality.
Within walking distance of the harbour you'll find the town's characteristic pastel-coloured houses, the 13th-century Castello della Dragonara, and the Basilica of Santa Maria Assunta with its beautiful risseu-paved forecourt. The Museo Marinaro houses over 140 models of historic Camogli ships.
