Centro Nautico Emmecar is a marina and boating centre located in Conche di Codevigo, in the heart of the Venetian lagoon, not far from the Adriatic Sea. From here it is easy to reach Venice, Chioggia, the Po Delta and the Venetian lagoon, as well as onwards to Croatia and the Dalmatian islands.

The facility offers berths in the water for boats up to 9 metres in length, with round-the-clock service. There is also a large 15,000 square metre outdoor area for dry storage of boats and free parking for customers' cars.

Both the water berths and the dry storage area are served by convenient service points with water and electricity. A dedicated work area with water and power is also available for boat maintenance tasks. Launching and hauling out is handled by a crane capable of lifting up to 30 tonnes, and the centre offers outboard engine repair and servicing as well as installation and service of marine engines. Sailors can also make use of toilets and showers with hot water.

The location in the heart of the Venetian lagoon makes it a natural starting point for excursions to Venice and the surrounding lagoon areas.
