It lies about 5 km from central Vigo, to which it is connected by urban bus services.
Note that the marina does not accept transient guest boats – berths are managed by the association through rental or concession-based assignment for the duration of the agreement. On approach, keep clear of two marked shoals north of the facility, within the 5-metre depth contour. The piers lie close to Arealonga beach, to which the marina is linked by a seafront promenade.
The marina offers parking, water at the berth, and shore power/lighting at the berth. There is waste collection on site, a harbour office (capitanía), and video surveillance of the facility.
Within walking distance of the piers you'll find Arealonga beach with its adjoining promenade – a pleasant stop if you're passing along the southern shore of the Ría de Vigo.
