About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 30 September 2026Club Náutico Oropesa del Mar is a modern marina on the Costa de Azahar in Oropesa del Mar, Castellón. The marina covers a land area of 62,281 m² and a water surface of almost 50,000 m², with around 706 berths spread across seven fixed pontoons, each individually fitted with water and electricity connections.
The entrance channel has a depth of around 4 metres, and the port is well sheltered from easterly winds by a substantial breakwater, keeping the basin calm and protected. The marina monitors VHF channel 9 and offers a 24-hour marina staff service; it also holds Blue Flag status and ISO 14001 environmental certification.
Ashore you'll find 14 commercial units including chandleries, workshops, restaurants and shops. The marina provides toilets, showers, a laundry, parking and wifi, along with shore power and fresh water at the berths. There is also a crane and travel lift for launching and hauling out, a slipway, a fuel station, and waste collection facilities on site.
The marina lies about one kilometre from Oropesa del Mar's tourist centre and serves as a starting point for trips to the volcanic Columbretes Islands. On site you'll find a sailing school, a diving school, and options for kayaking and windsurfing, and in summer the facilities see an average of around 1,000 visitors a day. Come and berth in a marina where boating life and beach life meet right on the coast.
