Darsena Morosini

Darsena Morosini is a basin within the Port of Livorno, home to the Italian refit and maintenance yard Lusben (part of the Azimut|Benetti group), which describes itself as one of the largest active refit yards for mega- and gigayachts in the world. Following an expansion completed in 2025, the facility now covers around 220,000 square metres in total, including roughly 90,000 square metres of shipyard area ashore and a water area of about 130,000 square metres, able to accommodate up to three yachts over 100 metres in length at the same time. The yard has a total of 36 berths ashore and 32 in the water, split between Darsena Morosini and the historic Molo Mediceo.

According to the yard's own information, the berths at Darsena Morosini and Molo Mediceo are equipped with shore power (from 220V to 380V), fresh water, and data/internet connections, with the whole site covered by wifi. The facility also features a 2,400-tonne synchro-lift, a 180-metre floating dock, and an enclosed basin for alongside works. There is reportedly an on-site parking area and round-the-clock mooring assistance for the large vessels berthing there.
