About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 30 September 2026Roermond City Marina (also known as Marina de Rosslag) is a marina on the river Maas in the small village of Herten, just a few kilometres from the centre of Roermond. Berths range in length from 6 up to 20 metres, and the marina offers 520 berths, including single boxes that give each boat its own private space.
The single boxes are reserved exclusively for your own boat, and staff are happy to help with mooring. There is also a guest jetty for those passing through. For the 2026 summer season (1 April–31 October) the rate is €35.00 per night including electricity, water and use of the sanitary facilities, or €30.00 per night excluding these.
The marina offers excellent sanitary facilities, site lighting, water and electricity (all year round) on all jetties, a slipway (exclusively for berth holders of RCM and Next Door) and a car park with access control. There is also a waste/recycling station, dump points for chemical toilets, and more than enough laundry and drying facilities. The site is monitored by cameras and access is via a barrier system. According to a service overview, there is also a restaurant at the marina.
Once ashore, you can do your daily shopping in the village of Herten, which has a farm shop, 2 bakeries, various cafés, restaurants and a shop for household goods. Roermond's city centre is about 2.5 km from the marina, and every Wednesday you can visit the weekly market there.
