About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 30 September 2026Ekomarina Siemiany is a small, ecologically designed guest marina on the western shore of Lake Jeziorak, in the tourist village of Siemiany in the Iława municipality. The marina is one of several "eco-marinas" built in the Warmia-Mazury region with EU funding, aimed at keeping the lake clean by collecting wastewater from boats instead of letting it flow straight into the water.
Approaching from the lake you first pass the tent camping area and the old T-shaped pier, followed by the newer buildings and the large floating pontoon. At the old pier you moor using an anchor, while the new pier uses Y-boom lines; depth at the new pier is 2.1-2.3 metres at the entrance, increasing to 4 metres at the inner end. The inner side of the old pier is shallow, so you should approach with the centreboard partly raised. A new slipway was put into use in 2018, though boaters note it can be difficult for boats heavier than a small Omega dinghy.
The marina building houses a full sanitary block with separate men's and women's toilets plus a disabled WC, showers, and a laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is also a vacuum pump-out station for boat waste tanks, a waste-sorting shelter, a small boatyard with a lifting hoist, and a room for emergency boat repairs.
