About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026Fischereihafen Travemünde is a traditional, public harbour in Lübeck-Travemünde, where yachts lie alongside fishing boats, traditional sailing vessels and a few working craft – a lively contrast to more sterile marinas. Advance booking of guest berths is not possible; watch for red or green box signs at the pontoons and report to the harbour master on arrival. The harbour office is open 08:30-11:00 and 16:00-19:00 in high season (mid-May to mid-September) and 09:00-11:00 and 16:00-18:00 in the shoulder seasons. Berthing fees are €20 for boats up to 10 m, €25 up to 12.5 m, €30 up to 15 m and €40 up to 18 m, plus €25 for each additional 5 m – note that card payment is not accepted. A visitor's tax of €3.50 per adult per night also applies in summer, otherwise €2.00.
Most guest berths have access to shore power via coin-operated columns, and there are sanitary facilities as well as free WiFi, with the password obtainable from the harbour master – as is the access code to the pontoon and sanitary area.
Within walking or cycling distance at Vorderreihe and Kurgartenstraße you'll find shops and restaurants, including the REWE supermarket on Gneversdorfer Weg, bakeries near the church and on Vorderreihe, banks, a launderette at Kurgartenstraße 80 and bicycle hire at Kurgartenstraße 67. Fuel is available at the bunker station on Priwall, and bus (lines 30 and 40 to Lübeck) and rail connections are close by.
