Fiskeboda

Fiskeboda is a guest harbour run by Fiskeboda Båtklubb, located on the Edet peninsula in Lake Hjälmaren, in Julita parish in Katrineholm municipality. The harbour has a scenic setting near the Väsbosundet cliffs and one of Hjälmaren's longest sandy beaches, within convenient distance of Vingåker, Katrineholm, Eskilstuna, Arboga and Örebro.

The harbour offers various mooring options including buoys, poles and Y-booms, and the harbour depth is less than 2 metres. Electricity and water are available on or near the pontoons, and the guest berths are on the outer side of the jetty. The slipway is concrete-paved, making it easy to launch and haul out boats. A guest berth costs 100 SEK per night, an electricity connection 50 SEK per day, and the slipway fee is 50 SEK including launching and hauling out.

The harbour provides toilets, showers and waste disposal, as well as a grill area with charcoal grills by the harbour storage building.

During parts of the summer you'll find a campsite, a kiosk with grill and mini-golf near the harbour. Out on the lake there are several appealing excursion spots within easy reach, including Badholmarna, Grundholmarna and Fåran, Katrinelunds Sjökrog, the inn on Vinön, and Hampetorps harbour. Come and moor in this sheltered, scenic harbour by Hjälmaren's rocky shoreline and sandy beach.
