About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026Fort Marina lies in the heart of the cosy boating village of Warmond, directly on the Kagerplassen, just a five-minute drive from the A44 motorway. The marina was formed in 2008 through a merger of 't Fort and Visch Watersport and has more than 200 berths ranging from 5 to 15 metres; the entire marina was fully renewed in the winter of 2018.
The marina is open every day of the week, with hours varying by season: during the winter season (1 October-1 April) it is open weekdays 09:00-17:00 and weekends by appointment, while during the summer season (1 May-1 October) it is also open Saturday and Sunday 10:00-16:00.
Each berth has its own side jetty, and you get access to shore power (billed on usage from 10 metres), water taps on the pontoon, fast wifi, 24/7 camera surveillance, and round-the-clock access to luxury sanitary facilities. There is also a washing machine and dryer, waste containers, luggage trolleys, and parking on-site (for a fee). In the new harbour building you'll find an extensive, modern workshop for outboard engine maintenance and a showroom with various rubber boat brands, and the marina is an authorised Yamaha dealer.
Just a stone's throw from the marina lies Dorpsstraat, with numerous restaurants, lunchrooms, cafés and an Albert Heijn supermarket that is also open on Sundays. Next to the marina grounds lies Bos van Krantz, perfect for a lovely walk.
