About the harbour

Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 28 September 2026

Gålö Båtklubb (GBK 70) is a member-owned, non-profit sailing club based in the southern Stockholm archipelago. The club's marina is located on Gålö, close to the archipelago hub of Dalarö, and the club leases its land from the Skärgårdsstiftelsen (Archipelago Foundation) while owning all its own facilities in the harbour and boatyard.

From the marina it is a couple of hours' sail to Utö, and another hour brings you to Huvudskär, a popular destination for a day out on the water. The club was founded in 1970 and works to provide its members with a secure home harbour and storage berths.

Written by artificial intelligence from the harbour's website and may contain errors. The harbour's own information always applies.
