About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 28 September 2026Gammel Kalvehave Havn is a small, cozy harbour in the village of Gammel Kalvehave, west of Kalvehave Færgegård on Sydsjælland. The harbour is run by the Gl. Kalvehave Bådelaug boat club and has around 45 berths inside the harbour plus a further 12 berths outside the breakwaters.
The harbour is designed for smaller boats, with a maximum draft of 0.85 m, length of 6 m and width of 2 m. The approach channel is marked. An overnight stay for smaller boats costs 75 DKK per day, and there is a slipway that can be used for 50 DKK.
The harbour offers a toilet as well as hot and cold water. There is also a shelter site with access to a barbecue area, and charcoal can be bought on site. The boat club has several kayaks available for rent or loan for trips in the nearby waters.
From the harbour you get a lovely view across Ulvsund towards Langø, Bogø, Møn and Tærø. The village of Gammel Kalvehave has an old, winding main street with closely built houses right next to the harbour.
