About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026GKSS marina is located in Långedrag by the southern entrance to the Göta älv river, in the heart of Gothenburg. The marina has just over 530 berths, most of them at fixed wooden jetties with stern mooring to poles, and is protected by a stone pier against most wind directions. The harbour depth is 3 metres.
Guest berths are marked with a green sign; if you wish to stay longer than one night, contact the Harbour Office. Check-in is from 12:00 at the earliest, and check-out by 11:00. During high season (1 June-31 August) the marina is staffed by harbour hosts every day from 8:00-19:00, and the Harbour Office is open 10:00-12:00 and 15:00-17:00; outside this period, enquiries go to the GKSS office, and the guest marina is closed from 1 November to 30 April. Guest berth prices start from SEK 250 per night in low season and from SEK 310 in high season, depending on boat length; electricity costs an extra SEK 50 per day, paid separately via Tallyweb. Members of KDY, KNS, NJK and KSSS receive a 50% discount on the guest berth fee for the first two nights.
Electricity and fresh water are available at the jetties, and there are two pump-out stations by the Harbour Office. The changing rooms behind the clubhouse offer showers, toilets and a sauna, and laundry time can be booked separately.
