About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026Gullholmen guest marina lies in the outer archipelago of Bohuslän and is a typical skerry harbour with 50 berths. The marina is open from 1 April to 30 September, and the guest berths are marked in red on the harbour map.
The depth in the harbour is around 1.5-3.5 metres. Payment is cashless via an app, and you can pre-book a berth through Dockspot. The rate per night, including electricity and shower, starts from 190 SEK for boats up to 12.99 metres in low season, while the high season (weeks 25-32) costs more. Note that noise levels can be higher when the area's restaurants and bars are open.
The marina has a service building with toilets, showers, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is a pump-out station at the fuel jetty ('båttappen') where leisure boats can empty their holding tanks between 1 April and 31 October. Shore power is available at the berths, but avoid running all electrical appliances at once to prevent overloading the shore fuses. Household waste can be disposed of at the service station, where glass is sorted separately, and disposable barbecues go in the dedicated recycling stand.
On Gullholmen you'll find a grocery store with a state alcohol monopoly outlet, restaurants and cafés, accommodation and a museum. There is a ferry connection to the bus network (Västtrafik) and boat tours available. Tie up at the red-marked guest berths and step ashore into the island's charming mix of food, culture and sea views.
