About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 28 September 2026Hällekis harbour (the guest marina of Hällekis Båtklubb) lies in Sjöråsviken at the foot of Kinnekulle in Hällekis, Götene municipality. The harbour is located in Hällekis, in Sjöråsviken, at the foot of Kinnekulle, and has about 150 berths plus around twenty fully renovated guest berths. You can also moor at the green-marked spots.
The berth depth is about 2.10 metres. The docks are floating pontoons anchored with concrete weights that stick up a little and are marked with yellow plastic pipes. A night at the guest berth costs 160 SEK per night, including water and electricity, and payment is made via Swish or cash.
Shower, toilets and a kitchen are located in a shared building, and at the dock there is access to electricity and fresh water as well as the option to pump out the toilet. There is an opportunity to dispose of waste, which is of course sorted. Bikes can be rented at Falkängen, and if your boat needs service or fuel, Kinnekulle Marin is right next door, where diesel and petrol can also be bought.
Just above the harbour lies Falkängens Hantverksby, a scenic and historic craft village filled with crafts, art and cultural experiences, and there is a cosy café with a large outdoor seating area. The Coop Hällekis grocery store is within walking distance, offering everything from fresh produce to ready meals. The area around Kinnekulle offers several hiking and cycling trails starting near the harbour.
