About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026Hafen Rankwitz is a small marina and cruising stopover for boaters on the island of Usedom, on the Peenestrom. The harbour has 27 berths in total, 15 within the harbour basin and 12 at the floating pontoon.
Approaching from the entrance, moor to starboard, either stern-to at posts or alongside the floating pontoons in front of the harbour basin. In strong west-north-westerly winds, considerable swell can build up inside the harbour. The daily rate for visiting boats is €2 per metre of boat length, including electricity, water, wifi and waste disposal. A sanitary flat fee of €2 per person covers toilets and showers, including hairdryer. A permanent berth costs €120 per month.
The marina offers shore power and water connections at the berths, plus a sanitary building with toilets, showers and a washing machine. There is a village shop with a full range of goods, a restaurant, bicycle hire and parking right at the harbour.
The harbour lies on the Lieper Winkel peninsula, close to the villages of Rankwitz, Grüssow and Quilitz and the Heimathof Lieper Winkel village museum. Tie up at the floating pontoon and step ashore straight to the restaurant and village shop while taking in the view over the Peenestrom.
