Hjellebrygga guest harbour is located in Skien, right after the first lock in the Telemark Canal, where the canal opens into Hjellevannet.

The harbour offers fixed mooring for visiting boats, and there is no harbour fee for staying here. Note that you need a parking permit for your car at Hjellebrygga – this can be collected on board the canal boats before departure, on the bus, or at the service office on the pier when it is open.
