The hotel marina lies in the very centre of Biograd na Moru, right in front of Hotel Kornati and Hotel Ilirija, and was built in 1974 as part of the larger Marina Kornati complex. It offers 100 berths for motor boats up to 8.50 metres in length.

The marina has a maximum depth of 2.5 metres, with boats moored at concrete piers fitted with 16A (single-phase) electricity and water connections (2-4 bar). The marina is guarded around the clock.

Bike rental is available at the marina reception, laundry and dry-cleaning services can be arranged, and a WiFi hotspot plus guarded parking are on offer. Servicing, a crane and slipway are available at the nearby Marina Kornati, which features a 50-tonne travel lift and a 7-metre-wide slipway.
