About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026Hundested Havn is a diverse marina on the North Zealand coast, centrally located between sea and fjord, with an authentic and lively harbour atmosphere spread across three harbour sections – the northern basins for leisure boats and recreational fishermen, a fishing quay basin, and the commercial harbour to the south. The marina is a natural stop on a trip across North Zealand or heading towards Roskilde Fjord and Isefjorden, and a good starting point for sailing in Kattegat.
Guest sailors should berth in the Yderhavnen, the marina, or Sydhavnen – not in the commercial harbour. The harbour fee per day is DKK 205 for boats up to 8.99 m, DKK 235 for 9-11.99 m, DKK 265 for 12-14.99 m, and DKK 345 for boats over 15 m. Payment is due from 16:00, or within half an hour of arrival, via a card-only payment machine at the Harbour Office or Service Building. The trailer ramp costs DKK 125 per day.
The marina offers toilets and showers accessed with a harbour card, as well as electricity and water at all pontoons. There is a slipway/boat ramp and a well-equipped slipway/lift facility with a crane, forklift and truck for handling vessels. The marina's bunker service delivers fuel to ships with at least 24 hours' notice. Parking is available at the harbour. At Kulturkajen you'll find cafés and restaurants offering food, drinks and shopping for every taste.
The town of Hundested lies right by the harbour with a vibrant cultural scene, crafts and shopping.
