About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 28 September 2026Husarö Gästhamn is located at the Husarö steamboat jetty on the island of Husarö in the middle Stockholm archipelago, within Österåker municipality, an island in the central Stockholm archipelago belonging to Österåker municipality, about one nautical mile north of Finnhamn. The guest berths form a long pontoon dock with Y-booms plus mooring lines and buoys, and there are also berths along a concrete quay or at a few Y-booms.
The inner part of the harbour has limited depth and is not recommended for sailing yachts, so check the depth carefully before berthing. Husarö is the outermost island on the daily route from Stockholm with Waxholmsbolaget. Note that the guest harbour is currently unmanned as the fuel station is temporarily closed, though daily inspections are carried out, and for safety reasons shore power on the jetty has been switched off while the fuel station is unattended.
There are new toilets run by the municipality, usable for a fee of 10 SEK paid via SMS. Unfortunately there is no fresh water at the jetty, but it is available at the operator's other fuel station at Klintsundet. Near the shore there is a wooden deck where you can enjoy your own packed meal. There is also new toilets and a waste/recycling station near the harbour.
About 300 m from the harbour is Husarö Lanthandel, offering groceries, light refreshments and simple food.
