About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026Marina Baiona sits at a strategic point of the Rías Baixas in Baiona, Pontevedra, right at the gateway to the Cíes Islands. The marina has over 330 berths and can accommodate yachts up to 40 metres in length. VHF channel 9 is used to contact the harbour office, and the marina is the last fuel stop before the Portuguese border. Access control operates around the clock. On site you'll find drinking water and shore power at the pontoons, showers and toilets, fuel, a slipway for launching, free wifi, parking for berth holders, and a 50-tonne travel lift/crane at the boatyard, which handles mechanical repairs, maintenance and winter storage for boats up to 22 metres. Baiona's old town lies right by the marina, and from here you can head out to the Cíes Islands or enjoy the town's restaurants and atmosphere. Tie up at Marina Baiona and stroll the short distance into the old town while taking in the view towards the Cíes Islands.
