About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026Jachthaven de Mars is located in the Rhederlaag recreation area near Lathum, with a direct connection to the river IJssel. The marina has two sections: Westhaven with 100 berths on the west side of the campsite, and Oosthaven on the east side with space for a total of 450 boats, which also has a reporting pontoon for visiting yachtsmen. The marina is open from 1 April to 1 November, and the barriers close between 22.30 and 07.00, though the grounds can always be accessed on foot.
At the pontoons there is 230V electricity and a water connection. The site also has a slipway for easy launching and hauling out. The harbour building is located near the access bridge to Oosthaven.
In the harbour building you'll find toilets, showers, a washroom with hot and cold water basins, a washing machine and dryer, and a pump-out point for chemical toilets. Wifi is available at the communal facilities. The campsite also has a cafeteria/bar with a pool table, a shop selling groceries and fresh bread, and a playground for children.
Just outside the marina lies a private beach right on the Rhederlaag, where you can swim, sail, windsurf and fish, with the scenic Veluwe forests and heathlands right on the doorstep. Moor at Oosthaven's guest pontoon and walk straight into the campsite for a cool drink and a swim at the private beach.
