Jachthaven Katwijk

Jachthaven Katwijk is the only marina on the beach in Noord- and Zuid-Holland, located at the mouth of the Oude Rijn river in Katwijk, amid the dunes of South Holland. The marina has berths for 274 permanent boat owners and room for up to 130 guest yachts.

Boats lie in berths with a side jetty running the full length, and there are also berths on the green north side of the Oude Rijn for boats up to 17 metres. The harbour office's opening hours vary by season; from October to mid-April the harbour master is only present on a limited basis.

The marina offers free wifi, drinking water and electricity (up to 10 A) on the jetties and on the grass side, plus 4 ladies' and gents' showers and 2 toilets in the harbour office, as well as a floating sanitary building on the north side of the Rijn with 2 showers and 2 toilets. There is a laundry with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer, glass and paper recycling plus a battery collection point at the main entrance, and a pump-out station for holding tanks available 24/7. A loan bike is available at reception, there is bicycle parking at the main entrance, and luggage trolleys at every entrance. The marina's own restaurant 'De Zuid-Wester' sits by the harbour overlooking the boats and water.
