About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026Jachthaven Stichting Muiden is beautifully situated on the eastern bank of the river Vecht, close to the Markermeer and right next to Muiderslot castle in Muiden. The marina has 42 permanent berths and 25-30 guest berths, welcoming both small and large boats in its cosy, small-scale setting.
The marina is open from 1 April to 1 November, daily from 08.00 to 20.00, when the harbourmasters are on hand to welcome guests and supply fuel (super 98 petrol and Traxx diesel). Guest berths cost 2.30 EUR per metre per night with a minimum of 16.80 EUR, plus 2 EUR per night for electricity up to 10 amps; boats over 16 metres are charged a surcharge of 1.5 times the rate. A municipal tourist tax of 3.10 EUR per person per night is also added. Bookings can only be made by phone.
The berth fee includes wifi, drinking water, waste disposal, and access to the bathhouse with showers and toilets. In winter, from 1 November to 1 April, the bathhouse, fuel pump and drinking water supply are closed, and the harbourmasters are not permanently present.
Tie up at one of the 25-30 guest berths and walk straight in to Muiderslot castle and the charm of the river Vecht.
