About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026Joersfelder Segel-Club is a sailing club marina in the northern part of Berlin, on the Havel in the Tegelort/Joersfelde district, just south of the car ferry. The marina is a natural first stop for boats arriving from the north along the Havel towards Berlin, and a good place to stay overnight and stock up on supplies before heading early the next morning for Schleuse Lehnitz on the way to the Baltic Sea via the Oder.
As a visiting sailor you should moor at the head of a pontoon on arrival; the club's contacts for visiting boats will assign a good berth if needed, and a notice with a phone number is posted on the pontoon in front of the clubhouse.
The clubhouse has a restaurant, the Schifferstube, plus a veranda overlooking the Havel. By the clubhouse there is a sunny terrace and a small shaded beer garden under chestnut trees, popular in summer. Waste can be sorted and disposed of at a recycling point behind the boat shed, with bins for glass, paper, Grüner Punkt packaging and residual waste.
From here there are good transport links into central Berlin. The nearest grocery store is an Edeka about 1.4 km away (open Mon-Sat 7am-10pm), and a Rewe Nahkauf is 1.8 km away. A petrol station is also about 1.8 km from the marina. Moor up at the pontoon, enjoy the Schifferstube and beer garden, then walk the roughly 1.4 km to Edeka for provisions before setting off for Schleuse Lehnitz.
