The marina is part of the port's overall quay system, which totals 2,100 metres in length with depths ranging from 3.5 to 22 metres.
Port Control can be reached on VHF channel 12. Payment for recreational craft is made via the GoMarina app, and you must pay within 30 minutes of arrival. In the event of non-payment, the Port of Tromsø may impose a control charge equivalent to one day's quay charge in addition to the ordinary fee. All vessels must be properly moored with fenders, and noise should be kept to a minimum between 23:00 and 07:00. Discharging septic tanks or black water in the port is not allowed.
The quay charge includes shore power (16A), fresh water, and use of the waste containers on the quay. Contact Port Control if you have large amounts of waste.
The guest marina sits right in the heart of Tromsø, close to the city's life and amenities. Tie up at the floating pier downtown, hook up to shore power, and step straight out into the centre of Tromsø.
