About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 28 September 2026Kastrup Broforenings Bådehavn is one of Denmark's oldest privately owned harbours, founded in 1865 by local fishermen and today owned by the harbour's co-owners. The harbour has around 100 boat berths, most of them for smaller boats under 25 feet, and lies just south of the much larger Kastrup Lystbådehavn.
The harbour rents out berths for the summer season from 1 May to 31 October, while boats are kept on land during winter. The harbour office is located at the front of the harbour near the western slipway and is open for personal enquiries every Monday from 16.15 to 17.15, when the harbourmaster can be met.
At the harbour you'll find toilets with showers as well as freshwater taps on the pontoons. There are two slipways with trolleys on rails and a wire winch, making it easy to haul boats out and launch them. Electricity is available for preparing boats and charging batteries. A limited number of parking spaces are available at the harbour, though access is being regulated due to pressure from waiting airport taxis.
The harbour's location means you're close to the neighbouring harbour's amenities, including restaurants, a kiosk and a beach, and the Metro M2 line has a station right nearby. Come and discover one of the country's oldest boat harbours, with roots going back to 1865.
