About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026Kjerringvik Sydhavna is a small Norwegian marina run by the Kjerringvik Vel & Båthavnforening, where berths mainly belong to residents and cabin owners. There are no fixed guest berths, but vacant berths can be let to visiting boats by arrangement with the harbour watch, which is staffed after 18.00 between 1 June and 21 August. In summer, guest moorings are available outside the breakwater on buoys and mooring points, though landing on the stone breakwater can be a bit awkward and this side is exposed in strong winds. If you prefer to lie at anchor, the bay towards southern Kjerringholmen (Martaholmen) is recommended. Do not use an anchor inside the harbour, and note that the stern mooring line runs on the approach (west) side of each berth; the average berth width is 2-3 metres. The overnight fee is NOK 250 without electricity and NOK 350 with electricity, payable via Vipps. Shore power is available at the pontoons, but the cable must be intact and secured so it does not touch the water. Pick up a free berth outside the breakwater or anchor in the bay by Martaholmen, and contact the harbour watch after 18.00 to arrange your stay.
