About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026Brugse Zeil- & Yachtclub (BZYC) is a sailing club with two bases: one in Bruges at Lodewijk Coiseaukaai 11 tris and one in Zeebrugge at Tijdokstraat 19. The club offers fixed berths for yachts and dinghies, both afloat and ashore, with annual, summer and winter periods.
Berth allocation is based on the date of application, and payment is made in cash after invoicing. For dinghies in Bruges the price is €29 for an Optimist, €46 for other dinghies and €26 for a trailer without a boat (excluding 21% VAT). If electricity is wanted in winter, a plug with a meter is required. A group contribution for use of the club's crane is charged separately to boat owners.
At the Bruges base there is access to fresh water, electricity and wifi for a fee, as well as a crane that boat owners can use against a shared contribution.
The clubhouse is centrally located in Bruges by the quay, while the other base is in Zeebrugge - contact the club for current prices on berths and facilities there.
