About the harbour

Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026

Kungla marina lies on the western shore of Kõiguste Bay in the village of Kungla on Saaremaa, Estonia. The small harbour was completed in 2011 and has a total of 23 berths, split between a floating pontoon and a fixed concrete quay.

The official approach channel has a depth of 1 metre and is 20 metres wide over a stretch of 125 metres, until the natural depth of 1.8 metres is reached. The marina can accommodate vessels up to 15 metres long, 3.5 metres wide and with a draft of 0.8 metres. A guest berth (up to 24 hours) costs €15, while the daily rate is €5 for members and €10 for non-members. There is a slipway available for €5 per day, free for members of the association. Contact the harbour master before arrival, as few berths are available in summer.

The floating pontoon has water and electricity points. The marina accepts bilge water and sewage from boats, as well as hazardous and household waste. The harbour building houses a toilet and shower in the harbour master's premises. There are three parking spaces for motorhomes and separate car parking for €5 per night; free drinking water taps are available at the motorhome parking area.

The harbour is located in the village of Kungla on the western coast of Saaremaa by Kõiguste Bay, a quiet spot for both sailors and motorhome travellers.
