Lachmann Werft GbR

Lachmann Werft is a boatyard and marina located on Wentorf-Insel in the middle of the Havel river by Templiner See, just outside Potsdam and Berlin. The yard has operated at the site since 1954 and offers summer berths at the pontoon as well as winter storage ashore, run by the same family across several generations.

The yard's crane can lift up to 15 tonnes and is used for hauling out trailer boats. In spring 2026 boats are craned without prior booking on Saturday 18 and 25 April, 10.00-14.00, and otherwise Monday-Friday during regular opening hours 9.00-17.00. Boats can also be dropped off in the evening or at weekends and will be craned the next working day. Closed on public holidays.

The modern sanitary facilities offer toilets and showers, and pump-out facilities for boat toilets are available. A large chandlery on site sells spare parts and equipment for many types of boats. Ample car parking is available on the premises.

The location on Templiner See makes it a good starting point for cruising the waterways of the Havel and Spree region. Berth at the pontoon on Wentorf-Insel and make use of the yard's full service and well-kept marina facilities.
