About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026Hafen Braunsbedra enjoys an ideal location in the southern part of Geiseltalsee, with a crescent-shaped pontoon system offering a total of 228 berths. The harbour office is open 10:00-15:00 in April, May, September and October, 10:00-17:00 in June-August, and 9:00-12:00 during the winter months (November-March) from the office in Roßbach.
Guest berths are charged according to boat length, starting at €19.00 per day for boats up to 5 m and rising in steps up to boats over 12 m, where the rate is available on request. Weekly rates (pay for 6 days, stay 7) and monthly season rates are also offered. Prices include use of the sanitary facilities. Slipway launching costs €11.50 per day or €115.00 per year, including car/trailer parking. Boat crane lifting is handled via Marina Mücheln and must be arranged separately.
The marina offers sanitary facilities with toilets and showers as well as a slipway for launching. Fixed shore power draws a flat nightly surcharge, or metered consumption otherwise.
At Hasse-See you'll find a 500-metre-long sandy beach for swimming, well-equipped bungalows right on the water, and a campsite for tents, caravans and motorhomes. From its home port in Braunsbedra, the excursion boat MS Geiseltalsee runs round trips on the large man-made lake. Tie up at the crescent-shaped pontoons and stroll down to the 500-metre sandy beach for a swim after your sail.
