Marina Brodersby

Marina Brodersby lies in the beautiful Missunde narrows on the Schlei, within sight of the Missunde ferry. The marina offers 50 berths in the water, with box sizes up to 15 x 5.50 metres, and is well sheltered by the high western shore so you can enjoy the scenic landscape in peace. It's only 1.2 kilometres to the town of Brodersby, which has a supermarket with a post office counter, a cash machine, a bakery and a hairdresser. Centrally located between Schleswig and Eckernförde, the marina is easy to reach, just 15 kilometres from the A7 motorway Hamburg-Flensburg. Nearby lies the 'Große Breite' on the Schlei, a sailing area with beautiful anchorages that is also well suited to sailing in strong winds - and it's a good 17 nautical miles to the Baltic Sea via Schleimünde.

While you make the boat ready or simply enjoy the quiet, your children can play on the marina's playground. The sanitary facilities offer clean showers and toilets after a sail or work on your boat. There is a fuel station in the harbour, and right at the marina you'll find good food and relaxed evenings at the bistro Tonne 98 with its beach lounge.

Moor up at Marina Brodersby, walk the 1.2 kilometres into Brodersby for supplies, and round off the day with a meal and a drink at Tonne 98's beach lounge.
