About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026Marina di Vieste (La Darsena) is a marina with 100 berths in the port of Vieste, on the eastern coast of the Gargano peninsula on the Adriatic Sea, by the historic pier on the lungomare Vespucci. The marina has operated here for over 30 years, offering moorings for both short and long stays.
You arrive at the Darsena pontoon, the third pontoon on the left as you enter the harbour via the south mole. Depth at the entrance and at the berths is 2.5 metres, and the marina accepts boats up to 30 metres. Access to the harbour is possible around the clock, at a maximum speed of 2 knots. Contact the marina on VHF channel 12 for assistance.
At the berth you'll find shore power (16-32 amp) and drinking water, included in the price. Fuel service is available, along with mechanical, electrical and nautical repairs. The marina also offers boat rental (even without a boating licence) and a restaurant. There is a large car park by the harbour.
The marina lies just steps from the centre of Vieste, reachable on foot in under a minute. From here you can sail south to caves and beaches such as Baia di Campi, Vignanotica and Baia delle Zagare, or north towards Peschici and on 12 nautical miles to the Tremiti Islands. Moor at the Darsena pontoon and stroll the short distance into Vieste's charming centre.
