About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026Marina Funtana lies in the charming fishing and tourist village of Funtana on the Istrian riviera and has been operating since 2003. The marina is open all year round and offers 200 berths for boats of 5 to 30 metres, all with double moorings, water and electricity. Depth at the berths ranges from 1.5 to 4 metres.
The safest approach is from the west, with the village bell tower and the lighthouse at the breakwater's end serving as landmarks – yachtsmen are warned of numerous shoals, cliffs and reefs in the bay. The marina monitors VHF channel 17.
Facilities include a reception, toilets and showers, café bars, parking spaces, a laundry and technical service, as well as supermarkets and a charter service. Fuel is not available at the marina itself but can be found at Marina Vrsar, about 1.5 nautical miles to the south.
Funtana is known for its dense concentration of taverns, bars and restaurants, often nicknamed 'the little republic of gastronomy'. Berth at Marina Funtana and step ashore into the village's charming streets, with plenty of dining options within walking distance.
