Marina Resort Punta Gabbiani

Marina Resort Punta Gabbiani is a large marina in Aprilia Marittima, beautifully situated in the Marano Lagoon between Venice and Trieste, sheltered from winds and storms. The marina has 300 berths for boats from 10 to 25 metres plus an associated "dry marina" with storage ashore, and it is regarded as one of the best-equipped nautical centres in Europe.

Mooring staff and reception listen on VHF channel 72, and an assistance and surveillance service guarantees safety to guests and their boats around the clock, every day of the year. The marina is well suited for families and offers a wide range of facilities beyond the berth itself.

Each berth is fitted with water, electricity up to 8 kW, satellite TV connection, wifi and a pump-out connection for black water discharge. Ashore you'll find toilets and showers, a washing machine and dryer room, a fuel station right next to the marina, a crane and travel-lifts up to 80 tonnes, and a well-equipped shipyard with craftsmen providing maintenance and repairs all year round. There is also a restaurant/bar, a playground, parking, free bike rental (including electric bikes) and waste collection.

From here it's a short distance to Lignano Sabbiadoro, and you can take day trips around the Marano Lagoon, to the islands off Lignano, up the Tagliamento river, or onward to Grado and Trieste. Berth in this sheltered lagoon and enjoy a well-organised facility with everything boaters and families could need.
