About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 29 September 2026Marina Toft is located at the entrance to Nybøl Nor, in continuation of the Flensburg Fjord, on the site of the former Toft shipyard, which is over 100 years old. The harbour lies well protected from wind and waves next to the Egernsund bridge, just 11 nautical miles from Sønderborg and Flensburg and only 20 km by land from the Danish-German border. Marina Toft is just around the corner from Marina Minde and is a perfect starting point for sailing trips to the South Funen Archipelago and the Little and Great Belts.
The marina offers 130 berths across 4 boat bridges during the summer season, with mooring depths from 2.5 metres up to a full 10 metres, and can accommodate boats up to 16.85 x 6 metres. Winter storage is also available in 6 halls totalling 6,000 square metres, plus outdoor storage on the fenced 2.5-hectare grounds, where hauling and launching is done by sublift or crane right at the halls.
At the bridges you have access to shore power and fresh water, and ashore you'll find toilets, showers, a washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi. Bike rental is available, and a large crane can lift boats of up to 30 tonnes. The marina also sells GTL fuel, and there is a barbecue area and a grocery store nearby.
Take a walk from the harbour and feel the rough charm of the old shipyard history, and when the weather is fine the area offers hiking, diving, windsurfing and fishing.
