Marina Trosdorf

Marina Trosdorf is a marina with an adjoining campsite on the Rhine-Main-Danube Canal in Bischberg/Trosdorf, right outside the World Heritage city of Bamberg. The marina has a total of 70 berths and is a port of entry with a reporting dock and dock lighting.

You arrive from federal road B26 into the Trosdorf industrial area and then via Wasserwörthstraße to the marina site, where you report to the site attendant. Parking is available for cars and trailers, guarded and locked at night, and the area is described as exceptionally quiet and monitored at night.

At the docks you'll find freshwater points, mostly direct shoreside electricity connections and internet access at the berth. The marina offers pump-out for sewage and bilge water, chemical toilet emptying, waste separation and disposal of both hazardous and standard waste. There is also a fuel station with fuel and gas bottle exchange, a boat hall, a slipway - including one with a winch - and a travel lift. The service building offers up-to-date sanitary facilities with hot showers and toilets, cleaned several times a day. On site you'll also find a grocery store/kiosk and restaurant/snack bar, a playground and wifi.

The cycle path along the Rhine-Main-Danube Canal offers about a 30-minute ride into Bamberg's city centre, and the roughly 7 km water ski course between Bischberg and Viereth is the ideal starting point for water skiing, canoeing and sailing trips.
