About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026Mathildan Marina is a full-service marina in the historic ironworks village of Mathildedal in the Finnish archipelago, on the North-East Fairway (N60°13.3′ E22°54.1′). The marina has 300 berths in total, of which around 200 are seasonal berths and 40 are guest berths.
You can come straight in to the guest berth pontoon (pier A) and pick a free spot; up to 5 berths can be pre-booked online. A guest berth costs €30 per night year-round, and if you stay 4 nights you only pay for 3. Short visits of under 5 hours at the guest pontoon are free of charge. If you're arriving with a larger boat, it's recommended to contact the marina in advance to arrange a suitable berth. Coming from the south you'll pass the Strömma lifting bridge, opened by phone call; from the north you'll pass the Sauvo bridge (16 m clearance).
The marina offers shore power and water at the berths, pump-out and waste facilities, a slipway (€10 per haul-out and launch, key from the restaurant), a mast crane, a fuel berth with 98E petrol and diesel, and toilets and showers for boaters. There's a harbour restaurant with a café, bar and sea terrace, and the Kipparin puoti shop sells local produce, basic groceries and household items. A children's playground is located by the restaurant.
Mathildedal is a charming old ironworks village with events and activity year-round, including summer pontoon yoga sessions and a wooden boat festival.
